What I will do is help you to find your story and I will offer guidance and constant support as we navigate the best way to tell that story. Is this site strictly for college essays? 

No! I have helped students and clients write essays for graduate school and scholarships. In addition, I have a degree in Creative Writing from Pepperdine University and taught creative writing for 10 years so I am also able to offer guidance for creative pieces as well. 

How long does it take to write a college essay? 

There is no hard and fast answer to this question. Inspiration might strike quickly and you could possibly write The Essay on your first try. However, this is very rare. The average college essay goes through six to eight drafts before it is ready to be sent off to prospective schools. Some essays are easier to write than others and some take longer to write. Remember, that it is not just the writing but the brainstorming, drafting, editing and polishing that take time, too. Do not wait until the week your application is due to get started.
